Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or non attendance at an appointment or booking will result in the forfeiture of the advance or holding fee. Any Promotional voucher is then deemed to have been used in full.

Refunds Policy

Choose carefully as we do not refund online purchases.

Should you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please immediately contact the Peta Walker Photography studio and we can arrange a replacement of the product. Incorrect or faulty products will not be accepted for return later than 30 days of you receiving the goods.

Choose carefully as we do not refund and there is no cooling off period for in store purchases. As our artwork is uniquely created for you, and you have the opportunity to view your images before making a purchasing decision; we do not allow you to change your order. Once the order agreement has been signed, we immediately proceed to creating and finishing the artworks.

Upon collection, if you receive any product that is damaged or defective, we will replace it as soon as possible.

Gift Vouchers

Valid for new orders only. Not transferable or exchangeable. Not redeemable for cash. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Only one voucher or promotional discount to be used at one time. Certificate cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. Recipient is required to book the desired service with Peta Walker Photography studios, on a date subject to availability. Certificate cannot be used as a deposit for Peta Walker Photography Wedding or Peta Walker Photography Commercial services. You cannot use the gift certificate or promotional voucher to purchase products from previous photo sessions. Offer is subject to change without notice.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Peta Walker Photography delivers products Australia wide use Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Goods must be signed for upon receipt and if no one is available when delivery takes place a card will be left and the goods may be picked up from your local post office.

Please note: Product packages are a purchased online and your order is send direct to your desired Peta Walker studio. A Peta Walker Representative will be in contact with you within 3 working days to book a suitable time for your photo shoot.

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax). Product prices are regularly updated and are subject to change without prior notice.

Peta Walker does accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex for online payments and all amounts are transacted using Australian Dollars ONLY. If you have any problems with your purchase online, please call a Peta Walker representative.
